The friendship page is more a page to bring people together who would like to find a friendship or a penpal and not really for advice on anxiety. I have come across so many myths with advice on anxiety, that I don't want people to pick up the wrong messages and I would rather people use the page to develop a friendship and maybe find a little support. So if you feel you are in need of a friend at this time, then please feel free to join the list.
To add your details all you need to do is email me using the contact form, stating your name (First name is fine), age if you wish, location (including country) and maybe a little about yourself and you will be added below. You can request at anytime to change or take your details off the page. If you do click on someone and do not get a reply, then do please let me know. This will help me keep the page up to date.
If you see someone listed that you would be interested in talking with, Just click on the envelope at the side of their name and it will take you to their email address. Due to the large number of people wanting to contact others I have now created pages for country's and pages, one for females and one for males.
